HIERARCHY is a structure, an order that helps prevent chaos.
Hierarchy often sounds like submission because of the medieval idea that some gave orders while others simply obeyed. But that is not how we understand hierarchy here. We see it as an order of tasks, with a conscious leader guiding them so that employees know who to turn to when they have questions, in order to achieve shared goals.
Everyone here has the same value, and it is important to understand that together, everyone creates unity. What a hierarchical structure does is recognise the value of each person’s talents and create a strategy with clear goals in order to achieve the best results.
